At Manmath Jewels, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent return and exchange process.

We offer returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
To request a return, please email us at sales@manmathjewels.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

A product is eligible for return only if:
It is unused, unworn, and unwashed
It is returned in original packaging (box, pouch, invoice, tags, certificates if any)
The product is free from scratches, damage, alterations, or tampering
The security seal / barcode (if applicable) remains intact
📌 For hygiene and product integrity reasons, worn or damaged jewellery cannot be returned.

We offer exchange only in cases of size or fitting issues, subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Exchange is allowed only once per order
The item must meet the eligibility conditions above

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Customized or personalized jewellery
Made-to-order items
Items purchased during special clearance sales (if marked as non-returnable)
Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or tampering

Once the returned product passes inspection, customers may choose either:
Refund to the original payment method, or
Store credit of the same value (usable on future purchases)
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after return approval.

Return pickup may be arranged depending on serviceability
Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable
If return pickup is not available, customers may be requested to self-ship the product securely

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Unboxing video (recommended)
Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

As silver jewellery is a high-value category, all returns undergo a strict quality inspection.
Returns may be rejected if:
The product is swapped or altered
Stones are missing or replaced
The item shows signs of use or damage
In such cases, the product will be shipped back to the customer without refund.
