_{1. Order Cancellation by Customer}

Customers may request cancellation only before the order is shipped/dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under our Return & Refund Policy.

_{2. Cancellation of Custom or Personalized Orders}

Customized or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed, as such products are created specifically for the customer.

_{3. Order Cancellation by Manmath Jewels}

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases including:

Product out of stock or quality issues

Pricing or listing errors

Incomplete customer information

Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

Unserviceable delivery location

In such cases, the customer will be notified and a full refund will be processed.

If an order is cancelled successfully, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.
